The room was huge and the layout was excellent, as was the view. Only complaints - bed was too firm for my liking, there was a kitchen but no kitchen or paper towels, and I stepped on a sharp carpet nail.

The room temperature never got down to what we set the thermostat to, so it was a bit warm. We opened the window for a bit which helped. Conditioner was empty. But very cool hotel with a great view, great access to the city, and good on-site bar.

Not very happy - never cleaned room one day - still charged me 6 dollars for 2 x bottles of water. Shame I couldn’t get the water free as they didn’t clean room. Room : hotel is fine. Very hard to check in as the rooftop bar is a bit of a party magnet and we ended up in reception with 100 party goers

great staff, but eco unfriendly with a hidden fee

I loved the staff. They were so nice. I was sad that there was no recycling available anywhere on the property. (I asked at the front desk.) No option to reuse towels; they always launder and replace them. On a warm day, the air conditioner level was set to 65F -- way colder than necessary. Heads up that they require you to pay the $29 resort fee ($25+tax) and say you can put it toward food, but they make it a hard to use. Can't use it for breakfast on check-out day, for example. So if you check in late (after dinner) or don't have dinner at their fancy restaurant, you can't use the fee. I think they should just include it in the price of the room, and show it as part of the cost. It's just a hidden fee.
