If I could ignore the physical condition of the room, and could just rate the staff, id give 5 stars! Unfortunately, I cannot. Upon arriving to the room, i noticed the tops of the chairs in my room to be utterly destroyed and the covering peeled off about 8 inches down each chair. The sofa bed was broken and fllen in the middle and filthy dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and along the tile of the shower, there was a section where there was black mold and holes in the drywall. We were told the ice maker was making ice but no ice was available. I used the "gym" and discover the eliptical was broken, and the display on the other was not working. The tv remote was out of battery and the window sil was so full of dust that I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks. A young lady was trying to paint over the places everywhere on the hallway walls for spot painting. Everything seems old and worn out but the price remained high. Once agin, staff was super nice but it did seem they were working past what they had to work with. If the owners updated the property.

We stayed one night to attend my son's naval graduation! The staff was extremely pleasant as well as knowledgeable about the graduation. They gave me some great tips in preparation for the graduation. They had breakfast available for those leaving early to attend. Rooms were decent. The location to the graduation-PERFECT!!!

Everything about the hotel was great with the exception of the same woman who checked me in as well as checked me out. She was exceptionally rude. Refused to give her name. She said I could mention the team when giving my review. The rest of the team that I came into contact with were perfect in interactions and courteous as well as informative about the area. The room was clean. Location was great. I would have gladly given a 5 star if I did not have that woman as a receptionist.
