Had trouble with a minibar not working in my room celebrating my10 year wedding anniversary. I found a used dirty underwear. I could hear the neighbors talking and listening to my conversation with my wife. At the end the staff helped me with complimentary drinks and extra towels etc. The final night was amazing!

Room had a toilet that didn’t work. Staff was incredibly unhelpful - lots of waiting and poor communication. It took them nearly two hours to realize the room “never should have been sold.” To their credit, they offered to switch rooms. But at this point, it was nearly 10 pm and since I was traveling with young children, I declined. Which brings me to another point. I wouldn’t consider this a “family friendly” property in the slightest. Whole situation was a shame - my family and I were really excited about staying here

The best Holiday experience for family with clean, elegant looking and warm swimming pool, dry sauna and perfect room for couples. Stunning and outstanding lobby with delicous food served during breakfast and dinner with cozy ambiance and elite christmas tree.
