The room was not very clean. Stepped on something sharp on the tile area and another on the carpet. The bottom of the lamp by the bed was very dirty and there was no way to close the drain the bath tub to take a bath. The noise was ridiculous, kept hearing the service desk door open and close all night. Along with a service fee of $100 that was not listed on your site. Overall not a great stay.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and I loved the layout with a walk in shower and the sink being separate from the bathroom. The staff was so nice, Tia and Eric, greeted me, they were kind, friendly, and we had a great conversation. When I was going downstairs to return the luggage cart one of the housekeepers pushed the elevator button for me. I would definitely stay again.

Every time we come to Gurnee for a weekend of shopping, we stay here at La Quinta and love it so much. From the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the whole facility, the pool and jacuzzi. We enjoy our stay here every time. Thank you again! We can't wait to visit again!

Our room was nice - exactly what we expected. I appreciate that the mini fridge had a separate freezer space that worked well. It would have been nice for housekeeping to have turned on the heat; the room was really chilly when we arrived. Easily correctable. The hot tub was warm, at best, and the pool needed attention (which was given the morning we checked out) The breakfast was good; plenty of options, several allergy friendly. Not at all noisy, though it’s close to the highway. Convenient location. Staff was courteous and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.
