1. Suppose your flight is delayed, arrives at O'Hare after midnight, and you need a hotel room. You can then reserve for the following night only, not the current just past midnight. You arrive at the hotel and the staff knows of this software glitch and they still find a room for you. But this reservation problem should be fixed. 2. The carpet in my room was pretty worn out.

I have been staying there for last 2 decades but seems like dinning area has gone down considerably. We had five rooms and stayed 3 days but could not get a bottled water because hotel didn't had no supply of water. We went to store bought our own.

Comfortable, affordable hotel

Solid, comfortable hotel for one or a couple of nights. Good service Not fancy, the basics, with some nice touches. This was my 3rd stay when flying out of ORD. If you're looking for a decent hotel for a price that wont shock you, this is the hotel to choose.

The property was very dated and need of serious renovations. The toilets are very low to ground. The restaurant food was delicious but the restaurant is out of the 80s, and not by design. There were NO drinks in the pantry and limited items as well overall. The furniture in the room was cheap and wobbly and no microwave or fridge in rooms. Four Points by Sheraton use to be a premier hotel, very disappointed
