I booked Extended Stay because of location and an included breakfast, as was stated in Expedia. I was extremely disappointed to find out there was no real breakfast. It was coffee, a fake fruit stuffed granola bar or a mini muffin and you are only allowed 1 cup of coffee. Expedia should make clear that when a place of stay advertises, 'breakfast included," it is exactly that. We had a full kitchen in our room. I had brought food back to the room and when we were ready to eat it,there were no forks. I had to call the front desk to request them. And I had to get myself..... The place was clean but I wouldn't stay here afain.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. The person that checked us in was not very nice. There was a fire alarm at around 11pm. Nothing was said to us--we just made our way outside to wait. More communication would have been good; people were asking the fire department what was happening, and they were kind enough to let us know something. I won't be staying here again.

The conditions here are deplorable and the front desk staff was very rude and dismissive. I carry disinfectant wipes when i travel to clean the room once i arrive.
