I was unable to adjust the temperature in my room. (Not working) With the room temperature being what it was, the air was extremely dry. Also when you order room service you get charged a tray charge when they deliver your food in a takeout bag.

Check-in was easy and efficient. I really loved the electronic key. Pool and Gym were well equipped. Whether it was the front staff, the service members, the shuttle or even the restaurant staff, all were very professional and polite. Really enjoyed this location.
