We chose this hotel because it was close to the navy base and had a shuttle to graduation. It is not a five star hotel, but it was clean and the staff was exceptional. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. They have limited breakfast choices, mainly yogurt, juice, eggs, fruit and assorted pastries but it was fresh and we were happy with a light breakfast. It was minutes away from the base and the metra train that can take you into Chicago. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the town in the future.

The room was just ok, there was no microwave in the room! For one full day, every time we left and came back to the room, our key would not work! We had to get it reset at least 3 different times, VERY ANNOYING! Also, there was a metal flashing around the bottom of both beds. When you walked up to your bed your foot would ALWAYS kick it and the noise it made would reverberate LOUDLY! Wished we would have booked somewhere else! The only good thing was it is close to the Navy Graduation.

The room was 62 degrees, slept with my coat on all my winter cloths and double socks because no one tuned the heat on in the room for us. We arrived at 2:30am after calling the hotel at midnight that we would be arriving in the middle of the night so we could make sure we could get in. I never thought I would have to remind them to make sure the heat was on. Middle of January and in a deep freeze while traveling. Very disappointed. Room was clean and otherwise decent.

The room was clean, and both the heat and AC functioned very well. Staff were respectful and helpful. However, it was very noisy, and you could hear everything in the halls and surrounding rooms.

its an old hotel, also they charged me after a month for 150 and they said it was a glitch and they already process the refund but the only regund i recieved is 50 ,my 100 is gone like wind

My stay at this hotel was 5 nights long. The floor was in disrepair. The staff was nice. The carpet was filthy and in need of shampooing. The breakfast was not very good. The beds were not comfortable. The hotel was very Navy friendly, with patriotic accents throughout.
