This apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, newly renovated with brand new personalized alarm system. Toiletries and towels all included, just minutes away from Lake Shore Drive! Very quiet neighborhood! Perfect place to feel right at home with an 65” Television. This property is located on the south side of Chicago. It is in the process of gentrification and rebuilding of the greater grand crossing neighborhood. Come see the renewal and rebuilding of the greater grand crossing neighborhood. The block is a quiet one. There is a lot of food selections around. One of my favorites is the barbecue spot a few blocks away which I listed in my guide book. Also Hyde park is about 5 mins away by car. It’s filled with many restaurants stores and nice scenery.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Beautifully remodeled and spacious

Really beautiful property in historic south side, lots of space and comfortable with full kitchen and full bath. Owner was very easy to communicate with and answered messages immediately. the downstairs unit is quite loud since you can hear every footstep in the upstairs unit but other than that the neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors all waved and were friendly.

Good place to stay

This place was great, it was clean and the beds were perfect for two. Great host made it easy to come in without in person contact, directions were simple and easy to follow. Only thing I can say is theres no table to sit and eat so we pretty much sat on the floor, but couch was comfortable and tv worked great. Quiet neighborhood.
