The hotel location was fabulous however we faced disappointment with certain aspects of the stay:
- the hotel bed had two hairs in the sheets / pillows on arrival which is quite disgusting
- there were no towels in the room so we had to get some from the maid before showering causing an inconvenience
- the room was incredibly hot and when we tried to use the air conditioning unit there was no remote in the room to actually turn it on so we had restless sleep every night
I’d expect these issues not to arise considering the price paid for the 2 night stay. What can hotels.com do to compensate this?
