The room wasn't the most cleanliess. The hotel itself seemed like a host hotel for transitional housing. The bathroom had no shower curtain and there were very suspicious characters on the floor I resided on. Just wasn't anything like I anticipated based on the visuals provided.

The staff who checks you in was amazing. The room was so very dirty though. Hand prints on the wall, beard hairs in the sink, body hair in the dresser draw corners, dirty carpet..just overall dirty. I had to go right away to Kroger and clean the room myself because it was the last non smoking room, even though people have clearly smoked in this room.

Place is just old an hasn't been updated in a long time. Room was fairly clean but door to cabinets broken hanging halfway off, very old carpet, bed reminded me of a pullout sofa bed. They offer smoking rooms so hallways smell smokey an dimly lit. My room was non smoking but still had burns by the sink in bathroom an counter by stove where people had cigs sitting. No sun blocking blinds, walls were thin could hear people talking on each side. Doors hard to close to all hours of the night you hear people slamming the doors.

This hotel appears to host long-term workers and transient families. The elevator smelled like BO/dirty laundry and the carpet in the room was sticky. GROSS! My room allowed for smoking and smelled bad, but I guess the interim apartment aspect allows for it. There was no coffee pot, which is also the mark of an extended stay hotel. - The desk clerk was friendly and funny, but I will never stay here again.

To be honest the staff especially Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China are excellent in customer service and people skills. The General Manager however is a passive aggressive female who needs an attitude adjustment and cannot exist without her excellent staff. I debated whether to stay here or not but as long as I never saw her it was fine. My stay as always was a work trip. I don't need extra stress from the likes of GM Kelly whose primary purpose should be to ensure her guests are stress free. I see through her very easily and probably will not return here in the future if she's still the General Manager. The five stars are for Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China.
