We had an amazing time at our avantstay property. 25 of us traveled 3 hours to what felt like a secluded island, kicking off our 45th high school class reunion. The space was exactly what we wanted. We arrived on Thursday and didn’t leave to go anywhere. Inside the home was great and very well kept. Our men fished and we enjoyed the outdoors and just being able to be together. We had just the right amount of entertainment. The Store delivery was so convenient and fast for those things we forgot to bring with us. Your property is beautiful and we will be booking again!

60th Surprise Birthday Party

Property was Amazing! It Fit our needs completely. We had 27 people staying at the property and it was big enough that we weren’t running into each other! Fire Pit & the outdoor Fire place was a hit. Property manager was in constant contact with us! Thank You!

Family reunion

The property was excellent for inside and outdoor activities for 25 people from age 8 to 80. We had both family and a couple friends from Ukraine. The kayaks were popular. So were the games in the game rooms, the fireplaces inside and out The kitchen was great. Some of the outside doors were unlocked when we arrived and we could not lock them when we left. That was true on both facilities. The main front doors unlocked and locked as they should.

Women’s retreat

We had such a beautiful stay! Everything was just as it was stated and the communication/response with any concerns were addressed immediately. We felt like family with how quickly they responded to our questions and felt valued when asked for a photo for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and have no complaints. We would absolutely love to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Great Place, Great Experience

This was a staff retreat and it was great. The homes were amazing. The view of the lake was perfect. The host was first class and called me before the stay, texted me during and mailed me something that we left behind. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect! We went to this location, actually both houses, for a college reunion of 18 people. We had a fabulous time and each and every spot of the house inside and out were perfect! Management company was extremely accessible and attentive! Can’t wait to rebook for another visit!

Great Extended Family Vacation Spot

Family reunion

We had a family reunion with 31 people. This was a great place to meet up. Convenience to the airport and major highways made getting there simple. There was something for everyone to enjoy from the sandy beach to the game room. The kitchen supplies were plentiful which made feeding everyone a breeze. The owners loved the label maker which made purringvthings back was so much easier. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Plenty of space so it never felt crowded even with lots of people on the property. Plenty of outdoor living space as well. Overall a great place to stay, and made for a great experience

Beautiful 5 star property

24 adults came to this property to celebrate our 25th medical school reunion. These houses are absolutely gorgeous . The pictures do not do then justice. I personally stayed with 5 other couples in the Homestead but we spent most of our time outside or at the Grand House. The kitchen and main floor are massive and very well appointed. The outdoor porches and patios are gorgeous as well. We played corn hole, used the game room for hours and even rented a pontoon boat for the weekend. Our friends could not believe how gorgeous these houses are and requested that I book again ASAP. Phenomenal property. Book it. You will not regret it
