Great house!

We really enjoyed our time. There were 8 of us and 2 dogs and PLENTY of space. Being able to dock up to the house was a huge bonus. Would definitely book again.

Long stay

We had some renovations being done and we stayed here for more than a month. It became home. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and I heard they are getting it renovated, so it should be a brand new kitchen for summer 2025! There are plenty of clean, fluffy towels and it’s located near some great restaurants at the Langtree exit. We had a really pleasant stay.

Porch Paradise lives up to it's name

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. All of the adult beds are King size-big plus. The home is furnished comfortably. The cove and neighborhood are quiet. The porch is the real draw. We found ourselves gathering together on the porch at all different times of the day. The pool is a nice addition.

Porch paradise doesn’t disappoint

House looks as pictured. Nice size and layout. Clean, property management was always in touch and available if needed. Easy check in/out. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store, Costco, and restaurants. Pool is small, but enough room to hang out and cool off. I would go back for sure.

It was a good property… however the porch was somewhat untidy, patio around the pool was very unsafe…uneven… many bees and flies they made it unsafe and u. Pleasant at times to be wither around the pool or on the outside wraparound porch. Rooms were clean… kitchen had all the things we needed…plenty of towels and toilet paper… cooling worked well… neighborhood was nice. Would like to talk to someone about a home for next year.

Nice property

Everyone loved this house. The pool is a little small. The game room was very nice. We couldn't get the air hockey table to work until the owner happened to stop by. He showed us where the cord was to plug it in, it had been hidden inside the body of the table. He also gave me permission to get another kayak out of the garage. We then had three kayaks and me, my son and grandson went out on the lake. It was my grandson's first time of paddling a kayak by himself and he was impressed. We will consider returning to this house in the future.
