Located steps away from the Blue Line Light Rail, breweries, restaurants and shopping. Explore South End from your doorstep or easily access Uptown sporting events and museums!

South End is a very lively neighborhood that is home to fun and exciting breweries, bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and various outdoor activities. You are walking distance from yoga at Lenny Boy, delicious burgers at Triple C and so much more!

We are located adjacent to the New Bern Light Rail station – literally steps away! The Light Rail allows you to easily access all of Charlotte! Only 15 mins on the Light Rail to Bank Of America Stadium (Home of the Panthers and Charlotte FC), Spectrum Center (Home of the Charlotte Hornets), and Truist Field (Home of the Charlotte Knights Minor League Baseball team). Only 11 minutes from Charlotte International Airport.

There is free off-street parking at our home! Leave your car at home! The South End is a walkable neighborhood, where you can access everything you need to enjoy your stay. To explore further, hop on an e-scooter or easily grab an Uber/Lyft.

SAFETY DEVICES: 
Exterior security cameras present: There will be two doorbell cameras, one at the front door and one at the rear door. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

Given the 29 night minimum stay, the cleaning fee is for a "deep clean" to be performed after check out.

-With approval, pets are permitted (max of two pets) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
