Located ion 1.5 acres, this "resort" combines 2 VRBO's on 1 property to produce an incredibly comfortable & fun resort for the whole family. Sleeps 30 people w/ 21 beds & 7 full bathrooms. Incredible game room inside includes pool table, ping pong, arcades, foosball, air hockey & more. Outside, you have a large private pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, pickleball, basketball, putt putt, playground, mega chess, bowling and a fire pit. 3 access lots included w/ boat ramps and a boat dock. Fun for the whole family!

Backyard is truly a resort for entire family. Completely private and incredibly fun. Please note that as this property is located within an HOA, we kindly ask that all guests respect community standards. While we want you to fully enjoy your stay, loud music, parties, excessive drinking, or similar activities are not permitted. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM are strictly enforced.

If you are planning a bachelor party or larger event, we recommend booking a designated event venue to better accommodate your needs.

With parking for 16 vehicles, a private pool, hot tub, and lake access, this is your own personal resort.

★ OUTDOOR OASIS

- The Pool: PRIVATE 8-foot deep Saltwater pool with a diving board and slide! (Open May 1-Nov 1; not heated). We will do our best to make sure pool is clean and working but with unforeseen events it’s impossible to guarantee equipment failure, bad weather, high winds, dirty water, etc… No refund is offered if pool or hot tub is not working.
- Hot Tub: 6-person hot tub open year-round.
Entertainment: Large back patio, ample outdoor furniture, pool floats/toys, and a fully fenced 8ft privacy fence.
- Grilling: Propane grill provided (utensils included). Charcoal grill available (bring your own charcoal).

★ LAKE NORMAN ACCESS

You will receive a key to 3 private access lots nearby:

- Swim, kayak, or paddleboard.
- Boaters: There are 3 boat ramps available. Access Lot 2 features a brand-new custom dock for easy loading/unloading. Boat rentals are located nearby.

Guest Notes

- Tech: 1GB Wi-Fi and 4K Roku TVs in every single bedroom (plus living areas).
- Pets: Up to 3 pets allowed with a $250 pet fee.
- Boat cannot be parked on dock. It must be loaded and unloaded and can be parked on our property
