Horrible experience trying to book the room from Hilton honors website. Could not book it online. Had to call the customer service number. 2 customer service members including manager could not book it for me at the rate quoted. I hung up and booked the room at the rate I was quoted through Expedia. Once I arrive at the hotel, the Hilton employee could not find my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation from Expedia. The front desk tried but could not find my reservation through Expedia or anywhere else. He had to call his manager and she walked him through the process. They then had to call Expedia to confirm again. Total time wasted between trying to book online through Hilton honors and checking in was approximately an hour and 15 minutes. Very, very reluctant to use Hilton or Expedia again.

I was impressed and greeted with a warm Welcome by the front desk staff Sarah Ryden as first impressions are lasting and set the tone for your stay. I had an issue with our room and Manager Gen Steele handled it with care and attentiveness. I greatly appreciated her concern with handling my situation.
