The house was wonderful and very accommodating on space. The porch was a great place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Very clean. Staff was very responsive when I had questions.

We had a very nice time. Unfortunately our weather was awful but we still enjoyed our time on the lake. The back porch was perfect… beautiful view of the lake and very comfortable. The house was great and very well equipped.

Well stocked kitchen and the extra full refrigerator was a lifesaver. Publix 10 minutes away in case we forgot something. Great view of the lake, property well maintained. Loved the covered porch. Ladder from lake could use some adjustment as wood placed behind ladder makes the use challenging for adults.

Family Vacation

What a great property! Right on the lake...dock for our boat. Paddle boards were a hit with the grandsons. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock. Can't say enough good things about the house. It was perfect and we would certainly come back.

Family getaway

We loved the house. It was in a great neighborhood that was quiet, but conveniences were only about 10 minutes away. All the traffic and restaurants were more in Mooresville so we didn’t have to deal with it often. The house looks just like the pictures. It was the perfect size and very comfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have any hanging space which was odd. However, when AvantStay came by to bring us a coffeemaker, they went out of their way to accommodate us by getting us a hanging rack. It was awesome and left for those to come after us. Our only complaint would be the outdoor furniture nearer to the dock. They could use to be cleaned and some new cushions put on them. We tended to stay up on the deck or were out on the boat, so it didn’t affect us too much. I wouldn’t let that stop you from renting this home though.

A Frame State of Mind

A Frame of Mind is perfect. The house was was like being in your own home. It is clean and has everything you need. You wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. From the house to the dock and water toys it’s has everything. Thanks for a great week of memories with the kids.

Relief and Relax

The property was what we needed and what we wanted. Its a beautiful home on the water. Great lake access and everyone enjoyed themselves. We had a tornado roll through our second night on the trip. With that storm, we lost power and could not leave the house for 2 days until power companies fixed the lines on the road. The management company stayed in contact with us via text to make sure we were okay and helped us get connected with what we needed for the remaining part of the week. Lakecations came out and helped us get internet working for my special needs daughter and took care of us. They answered any text to make sure things were being worked on. The house did not have any major damage. Its a cozy house with great decor and made us feel right at home during this crazy weather week. We loved it and the service was wonderful. I would recommend. We were a family of ten and we all had plenty of space.

Great property in a beautiful cove

A Frame of Mind was a wonderful home on a beautiful level lot and fenced in yard. The flowers on property were so pretty. The home was well equipped and the bedrooms large with plenty of space. The garage was converted into a game room with a fridge and a bedroom with a bathroom. The dock was convenient and tucked just outside of the main channel area. The property management was very responsive to any questions we had even if they were just small, "where is this switch?" type questions. Overall, our family had a great time and would love to stay here again in the future.

Relaxing lakeside paradise

Our family of eight spent three days, relaxing, eating and drinking, almost entirely on the back porch overlooking the lake. We use the kayaks and the paddle boards to explore the lake. Everything we needed was in the house. Anytime we needed anything, a call to the rental company fixed it almost immediately. We will definitely keep this one in our favorites.

Great spot on the lake!

We had an amazing time at this property. The communication was thorough, and the location on the lake was awesome. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and had it delivered to the house, which was fun and easy. The house was fantastic and clean, and the back yard and fire pit were wonderful. We had a really nice time overall. My only recommendation would be that the owners take a look at moving or replacing the smoke detector in the kitchen. It's just above and to the side of the oven, and it would go off ever time we opened the oven--not from smoke but just from the heat coming out of the oven. It was extremely sensitive and went of unnecessarily multiple times while we were cooking. Just a suggestion. Thanks so much!
