Kelley is amazing, and a great communicator…We stayed recently over new years to go skiing…located pretty much equal distance from Boyne Highlands and Boyne Ski Resort, if you don’t mind the drive (which was fine for us)…for winter it’s cozy and super comfortable…for summer this place is a great location, close to downtown Charlevoix and the lake…we had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we had plenty of room, especially since it’s 2 levels…could probably fit a family of 6 if you don’t mind sharing beds/pullout….the place was super clean and pretty recently rehabbed, so everything is new and we had everything we needed to cook meals, etc…this place is great and I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Riverwalk 100. Kelley’s townhome was spotless and just as described. Beautifully decorated with top notch appliances, variety of pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The townhome was an easy walk just across the bridge to downtown shops. We were there during AppleFest and had an amazing time at the festival. Kelley was very responsive and super helpful. We look forward to staying again next year!
