The room was clean. Adding more hooks for towels would be helpful instead of being creative where to hang them. The body wash was low and then totally empty by the last shower. Providing a bar of soap would be appreciated. Also, the two bars of soap that were provided were so old they instantly fell apart. Also knowing 4 people were staying in the room, more than one roll of toilet paper would have be helpful. I had to ask an employee in the hall and got some off their cart. The breakfast was ok. It had plenty of choices but lacked fresh fruit. Yes, it had bananas and red apples but melon or berries would be an awesome choice. Also, the coffee had only the choice of bold or decaf. I drink medium blend which I think could be a very good addition for all guests. The best part of the stay was it was probably one of the quietest hotels I have stayed. That is really saying something because we were there over the weekend. Overall not the worst stay maybe just a few easy changes/additions for the guests.

Elevator was out off and on throughout our stay. We had to carry everything downstairs to pack up the car because we waited 20 minutes for the one working elevator and it was always full. A staff member with a cleaning cart was on one of the elevators and told us maybe when it comes back down it will be empty. The key card didn’t work for any of the outside doors which left us having to walk around the building. The pool was unavailable for a portion of the time we were there. The breakfast was great, front desk staff was wonderful, beds were comfortable. If the hotel was better maintained this would have been better.

If customer service is important to you, this may not be the best hotel choice. During our 5-night, 6-day stay, the staff seemed inconvenienced when we requested fresh towels. We were told that our room would be refreshed after three days, but housekeeping never serviced our room during our stay. The toilet in our room ran continuously and had to be manually adjusted by removing the tank lid and pushing the flapper down each time. The complimentary continental breakfast was very basic and offered the standard items typically found at budget hotels. On a positive note, the room was clean when we arrived and met our expectations in terms of cleanliness.

The hotel, my room and the workout room were great. Breakfast also good and the women attending the area kept it well stocked and very clean. I was disappointed the pool was marked closed. It looked nice and very inviting. Perhaps they had just put chlorine in or something. However, Saturday at 4:00 was not a great time for it to be out of service. One special mention. Mike at the front desk was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. He assigned me the right room considering I was a woman traveling alone, and made sure I knew how to get to a couple of places that I wanted to walk to. He’s a very good employee.

Room was okay. The shower leaked BAD every time you showered. The pool was green and smelled horribly of mold. Had to go get our own towels every time our dirty ones were taken by cleaning staff. The one day of the week our whole room was to be cleaned the cleaning staff didn't start cleaning it until 5:45pm-6:00pm, which we were ready to come back to the room and relax and couldn't after a long day. A positive was that the A/C in the room worked great and the full kitchen was definitely a plus.

Overall sizeable suite. However the hotel could use some updates. Our initial room had some structural issue with bathroom molding and shower being cracked. The room also had a slight odor. The staff was very accommodating and friendly; switched us to a more suitable room without issue.

The hotel is in a convenient location, easy to get in and out. The breakfast was average for a hotel that price and we ate there the four mornings, the pool looked nice, even though we didn’t use it. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We had a couple of requests and they fulfilled them in no time. It was a short family vacation and we would consider staying there again.

We found this hotel fast because we didn’t plan well for the trip we had for a wedding, but this was best hotel experience my husband and I have had in a long time. Staff were amazing; they remembered our names and greeted us every time they saw us. Continental breakfast was better than most - we didn’t go out even once for breakfast. Our room was spacious and we loved having the little kitchenette. The bed was down a mini hallway so you feel like the space was super private. We even preferred it over the resort the bride and groom were staying in! We’d go back in a second.

Michael at the front desk provided exceptional service, which was greatly appreciated by my family and me. We observed that two female staff members, specifically a cleaning professional with purple hair and the individual overseeing breakfast service, did not engage in verbal communication. The swimming pool facility was inaccessible for two days due to the necessity of chemical rebalancing. Our accommodations were maintained in a clean and comfortable condition. Overall, we consider this to be a commendable establishment, and we have consistently chosen to stay here one to two times annually since 2022.
