Just OK. Room was next to the dumpster as I found out at 3:45 Friday morning when the sanitation truck backup beeper and dumpster emptying happened. The hotel was clean enough but parts of it are starting to show their age. Only one of the 2 elevators worked, and even that broke the day we checked out and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor. They were unable to change the date after booking through Orbitz and trying to get them to change the date (both through Orbitz and calling directly), so make sure you have selected the correct date. Reserved another room for the correct date and stayed 2 days instead of one. The breakfast was above par for a hotel breakfast, and the location is convenient to get to.

The breakfast was nice. The toilet in my room never stopped running. It kept me awake both nights during my stay. Desk clerk had to wash towels to supply my room with clean towels and wash clothes on my second day there.

During breakfast the coffee pot was not working Looked like someone got sick by the back entrance by the elevators the mess was there all night We checked in extremely late and the clerk was very dismissing of our questions however when the next few guests behind us came in and she treated them like best friends

Outside trashy. Internet limited. Room cleaning services (daily cleaning and clean towel replacements) limited). Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was of high quality and quantity.
