Esta unidad fue completamente remodelado en julio de 2010 después de que compramos. Hay suelos de baldosas de cerámica y persianas en todas partes. Amplia moldeo y muebles de alta categoría personalizada abundan también.

El complejo en sí es cerrada para mayor privacidad y cuenta con Parking cubierto, un ascensor, una parrilla de gas y una piscina. Esta unidad también ofrece un armario de almacenamiento privado al aire libre que se puede cerrar y permite a los huéspedes para guardar artículos de playa y piscina que no lo desea, puede realizar desde y almacenar en la unidad real.

El salón es muy amplio y tiene vistas panorámicas al mar y acceso directo a la cubierta a través de una puerta corredera de cristal. Está amueblado con un sofá cama doble, un sofá de dos plazas, un gran sillón y otomana y una silla de acento que ofrece un montón de espacio para sentarse. Para su entretenimiento, también viene equipado con un nuevo 46 'Sony HD TV de pantalla plana, una nueva marca Sony 1080p Upscaling reproductor de DVD, un receptor de satélite de televisión de alta definición directa y sistema de sonido envolvente. También para su entretenimiento, hemos proporcionado una Nintendo Wii con 1 controlador y 2 juegos incluidos. Por favor, siéntase libre de traer sus juegos y los controladores adicionales para mejorar aún más su disfrute de esta estación de juego. Finalmente, para su placer de escuchar, hay un sintonizador estéreo, reproductor de CD y conexión para iPod que se conecta a un receptor y un amplificador que se puede utilizar para reproducir su música favorita en cualquier habitación de la casa. Se adjunta a esta sala es un baño principal con tocadores dobles, bañera de hidromasaje jardín y una ducha a ras de suelo separada.

El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con una cama queen size nuevo con los colchones de la cama Westin Heavenly para su comodidad. Para su entretenimiento, también viene equipado con una nueva marca de 32 '' Sony HD TV de pantalla plana, un nuevo reproductor de DVD Sony 1080p marca y un receptor de satélite DirecTV HD. Se adjunta a esta sala es un baño con una combinación de ducha / bañera.

La tercera habitación está amueblada con nuevas camas de tamaño (2) marcas que ofrecen los colchones de la cama Westin Heavenly para su comodidad. Para su entretenimiento, también viene equipado con una nueva marca de 22 '' Sony HD TV de pantalla plana, un nuevo reproductor de DVD Sony 1080p marca y un receptor de satélite DirecTV HD. Se adjunta a esta sala es un baño con una combinación de ducha / bañera.

Beautiful place - Great location

This condo was spacious and in a great location. You have beachfront access and pool access. The washer and dryer was great to be able to wash and dry wet clothes. The only draw back was they did not provide beach towels. We were contacted by another service to be able to rent beach showers. We thought this was a little absurd based on the cost of the condo that they didn’t provide them. We were flying in from Boston so there is no way we could bring them.

Overall Nice but Expensive Location

Has a beautiful view, it was clean and nice when we arrived.We had to contact property management several times over check-in, then the freezer, which was hard to open and keep closed. Food thawed out day one, so had to fight it daily.We were missing linens and pillowcases for the pull out, which is dated so we used the couch with blankets. It’s listed, starter packs only for things like toilet paper soap etc. Be ready to buy everything from paper to plastic, dish soap, etc., Games if weather turns.The check in process isn’t the best. For VRBO, we’ve had the best experience when the host/owner is directly involved with their rentals and the guests. This unit uses property management for the most part. The condo is in a nice location. It’s loud on weekends, and while it’s posted in the description, just be aware that some live music was ok, and some may not be suitable for families with children due to the profanity used. While the area posted a noise ordinance for the property, the beach and bar will stay loud until after 2 am. We rented beach equipment from VAYK Life, promoted by property management. Equipment appeared ok, but storage unit for the property was dirty with other beach stuff thrown everywhere on the floor. Clean that thing up!Cost is location and a pretty unit.We’ve stayed at several superhost listed properties. This property needs more personal touches associated with a great superhost. Add more consumables/useables for the cost. :)

Outdoor concert

Property was nice however it is located directly next-door to bar that has large outdoor concert venue with gigantic speakers, aiming directly at the unit and the music was so loud. The walls were actually vibrating. Absolutely horrific.

Amazing place!

Perfect for our college age daughter, 2 friends of hers, my parents and my husband. Very glad to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the beach was fantastic, great ocean view from the deck and easy walk to the beach. Also best seats in the house for concerts next door. Don’t worry it stops at 10. There are beach chairs but not beach towels. There is laundry soap for 2 washes and 3 dishwasher pods. We brought thin beach towels. We used the gear credit to get bikes and rode to Sullivans island. Close to grocery store and many restaurants. Make reservations! Very busy Easter weekend. Beach is very nice sand. Pool was a little dirty but we only used the beach. The keycode didn’t work for us and it took me a minute to find the correct phone number but once I did they answered and gave us an alternate code which worked. They were open when we called (until 5:30 I think) air conditioning was great. Kitchen was well stocked including coffee filters. They provided the checkin code and other details by email about a week before, have to click the guide book for the code.

Great vacation!

Walking into the unit, having music playing and the lights on was so very welcoming! Seeing the view of the ocean through the beautiful unit was exactly what we were looking for, when looking/booking for our vacation. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit.The check in/check out process was very smooth. Communication with the property managers was excellent.The unit is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is beautiful!There is a designated locked storage area that we utilized for rented bikes (which we had dropped off and picked up through a service that was offered with the stay).We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Best Location on IOP!

A perfect family Thanksgiving!! The property was amazing, each room was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals big and small. The location allowed everyone to walk to shopping, restaurants, bars and of course the beach! Highly recommended by a frequent visitor to IOP.

Very nice condo

This condo was very clean and well maintained. We know IOP very well as my family has own several rental properties there. It was very convenient to walk to the restaurants and listen to music. It is right next to Windjammer so just need to know may hear the music but we knew that and it didn’t bother us. The view was awesome from the large balcony and the large table was great to sit around and used a lot. I had messaged the host twice a couple months prior to our visit and never received a reply as well as messaged the rental agency a week before regarding handicap parking and again no reply which was disappointing. Just fyi—There is one handicap parking spot and one visitor parking spot. There are assigned parking spots for two cars.

Beautiful!

The condo was spotless. I loved how they had all the light switches marked as to what light you were turning on. The balcony is comfortable, beautiful and spacious. Great view of the ocean.

Very nice property with one exception

The property was very clean and well appointed. The layout is very accommodating. The oceanfront deck is wonderful. There are some minor maintenance items that need addressing but that is expected. The one and only thing that needs to be understood if staying at this location is how intrusive the Windjammer bar noise from next door can be. The music reverberates throughout the property until after midnight. I know there was mention of the bar next door but I never expected it to be this bad.

Dunescape, 1006 Ocean Blvd, Unit 301

Condo was very nice and appointed very well. Deck overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Beware however that the corner unit is 60 feet away from an outdoor stage belonging to the Windjammer. The write up stated that the Windjammer has indoor and outdoor entertainment but we were not prepared for the blaring amplifiers that were so loud that we could not hear our tv even with windows, doors and draperies closed. We truly could not hear ourselves talk inside our unit as the bands played. We were informed after we arrived and complained about the noise, that many people rent the unit to have front row access to the concerts. We did not and therefore the Friday and Saturday nights that performances took place, we made sure we left the condo from 6PM to 10PM.

Family Ocean Stay

Great location in Isle of Palms. I had my parents with me, so I appreciated the ease of use with the elevator. The condo was spacious and had a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable. There were two parking spots and the management team had good communication. There were nice touches as well from having a valet luggage rack to bring up our suitcases, beach chairs, and nice towels and bedding. We enjoyed and would stay again.

Great in every way

Perfect place in perfect location with amazing views. This property is walkable to restaurants with weekend music concerts right next door (over by 10pm). Easy to get to Sullivans island. Steps to be on the beach.
