The hotel is clean and quiet and has everything you need during your stay in Chania, including parking. The people are very kind and it's very easy to move around between Kalamaki, Chania town and Platanias by car or bus. The pool area is very relaxing.

We had an awesome time at Artemis apartments. The apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is a good size, clean and the bar offers lots of drinks option. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of hot and cold options.

Excellent!!!

Lovely hotel with a spacious swimming pool! I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, convenient location just 10 minutes from Chania bus station, and the bus stop only 100 meters away. The staff are truly attentive and take great care of every guest. Breakfast is excellent and offers a great start to the day. A special thank you to the owners as well, who look after both their team and their guests with genuine care, making sure everything is perfect. I’ll definitely be happy to return!

Quiet, family-run hotel about 15 minutes west of downtown Chania. It's conveniently located across the street from the water and within walking distance of several restaurants and small markets. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and parking was available in dirt lot. Our apartment was basic and comfortable; nothing fancy, it had what we needed for a short stay. The only downside was the shower, which made it difficult to keep the water contained. Overall, a good option for a short, budget-friendly stay near downtown Chania.

Place is pretty decent, across the street from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Big parking lot, which is a plus, parking in greece is very precious. Apartment is very clean, rooms are clean, they have a nice swimming pool. We had a wifi issue in our room, and so they moved us to a better and bigger room, which is so nice of them. Receptionist could be better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Artemis is set up a quiet lane just off the main road, so there was very little noise. It is very peaceful, being close to the beach with good tavernas and a bus stop all nearby. With only about 20 rooms/apartments, it wasn’t too big, and we got to know most of the people staying there. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice. We had a problem with the loo, but I told Nikos, the owner, and by the time we got back that night, he had it all taken care of. It is a small, family-owned complex that has been in the family for many years. The pride and attention to detail they lavish on the place really does pay off and shows. Thank you, Nikos, Kostas, and your team — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel!

Just back from our 1 week stay at Artemis Apartments. One word: awesome! It was instrumental to make our vacation simply extraordinary. And we fell in love with Crete. Artemis was our base to explore some of the best areas of Chania Prefecture and we perceived Artemis Apartments as our home. Everything was perfect and the Hotel Team was always great helping us with everything, i.e. organizing our wonderful day trip to Samaria. Thank you all at Artemis Apatments so much for making our vacation great, and we hope to be back soon and visit more of your marvelous island!

Lovely spacious room

Our room was lovely & clean with cutlery & crockery sufficient for our needs. Our only comments would be that there was no kettle or bottle opener/corkscrew. Extra pillows are also needed & the sheets could have been longer. Overall it did not detract from our holiday & we would be happy to return

Good location

The owners will welcome you with a dram of raki, a local grape spirit. The hotel is right across the road from the beach and has lots of parking places. The room that we stayed in was a -1 basement level room and was quite awkwardly located. We could neither leave the balcony door open, nor could we have the curtains pulled back as the room was directly across the pool and the bar area and it would have been seen by anyone walking by. The bed was not clean at all as there were bread or biscuit crumbs under the bed sheet all over the place. Breakfast was rather sparse, with only a few slices of cheese and ham really, so we did not even bother eating there. We thought we'd be better off having a proper breakfast in a nearby taverna. Don't think we'll be staying there again.

Majoituimme kolme yötä loman alussa. Hotelli on todella puhdas ja siisti. Kasvit ja nurmi hyvin hoidettu. Aamupala oli mielestäni perus aamupalaa runsaampi ja parempi. Aamupalan sai nauttia aamupala huoneessa tai allasalueella. Allasalue oli siisti ja rauhallinen. Iso parkkipaikka aivan vieressä, johon sai auton parkkiin. Uimaranta tien toisella puolella. Taverna Kimatogi tarjoaa asiakkailleen ilmaiset aurinkotuolit. Meillä oli huone numero 37, joka toimii meillä loistavasti. Huono jalkaiselle rappusten nouseminen on hankalaa.

Dejlig ferie for en familie på 4. Vi kommer gerne igen. Vi boede på værelse 21 som var en 3-værelses lejlighed. Udsigten fra terrassen var ikke fantastisk men vi havde skygge bortset fra de tidlige morgentimer. Terrassen var stor. Lejligheden var fint indrettet med 2 soveværelser og havde de vigtigste fornødenheder. Swimmingpoolen var pæn og med fin temperatur. Der er rigeligt med liggestole. Der er ingen muligheder for køb af forfriskninger på hotellet men der er flere mindre supermarkeder få meter derfra. Hotellet fremstår generelt rent og pænt. Der er rengøring hver dag. Personalet er alle meget søde og hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger en kort gåtur fra stranden. Der er mange små strandbarer hvor man kan anvende liggestole. Stranden er mindre travl end f.eks. Agia Marina, som vi gik til den ene dag. Der er også fint med restauranter i nærheden. Kato Stalos er en lille by, men den havde hvad vi behøvede.
