The centrally located wood stove warms your winter evenings or creates a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is ideal for gathering around delicious local meals. There’s a trampoline for children, a shelter for storing mountain bikes or skis, and direct access to the nearby river for swimming and cooling off.

Situated between Veynes and Serres (7 km), the house has direct access to the Buech River, is 10 minutes from two airfields (free flight, paragliding), 25 minutes from Dévoluy ski resorts (alpine skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country), 10 minutes from water sports centers and local pools, and 20 minutes from climbing and via ferrata sites. Many hiking and mountain biking trails start from the property. For tourism: Gap is 30 km away, Sisteron 40 km, and Lake Serre-Ponçon 45 km.
