Beautiful, but......

The location of this property is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful mountain views, quiet and serene. However, the house itself does not seem to be prepared for guests. The outside of the home needs some tending to, specifically removing the weeds on the porch and by the firepit so guests can relax without worrying about ants and flies. The inside of the home is very pretty, but again some little things, like fixing the screen door to the patio so it doesn't slam each time you go out and adding a door handle. If the owners put just a little bit of money into the home it would be a steller rental.
