Property is close to the boardwalk but less expensive than other properties. Property is clean. Beds are hard and not great quality, towels are thin but i did get replacement the next morning. Water pressure in the shower is terrible, my biggest complaint.

We liked the location, the staff was very nice and the size wasbperfect for the 4 of us. The property is out dated. No dishwasher or kerig, but other than that we enjoyed ourselves

Staff was great!
No amenities. The room was clean but older and in need of some repair.
Just wasnt for us... would like a place with a lobby and a pool for less than ideal beach days

The room smelled like a musty basement. In order for the smell to not overwhelm us we had to keep the windows open and use air fresheners. The beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. The best part was the clear view to the ocean from the tiny balcony.
