Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our group of friends to stay while attending our college reunion. So much space and the house was incredibly clean. We will definitely be back to stay here again in the future!

Best Lake House EVER

Absolutely stunning, well appointed, and extremely spacious. This is the only lake house worth renting in the Finger Lakes as far as I'm concerned.

Such a Great Stay!

We had a great time! Right on the water! It was a huge house. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Loved the firepit and couch big enough for all of us.

Beautiful spacious home, location is great for large groups and sunset views are . Our group enjoyed wine tasting at a number of wineries close to the house.

Cayuga Lake Gem

The house is spacious, cozy, and well equipped for gatherings with family and friends. The living area is perfect for lounging and watching a movie. The deck and outdoor space is perfect to spend relaxing evenings near the water.

Amazing location!

My friends and I had a fabulous time at this house. It’s gigantic, comfortable bed, lots of common areas, great water, pressure more than one refrigerator, more than one stove. We had a few tiny issues that the property managers address right away. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our other friends!

AMAZING!

Amazing view, lovely home. We had an amazing time!! The only star I would dock was for cleanliness. There was a lot of leftover trash from the previous renter and the plates and dishes provided were a bit soiled. However, communication was excellent and issues were resolved promptly. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be staying again.

Bachelor party

The house at first sight was nice. The front entrance was covered in dead bugs and spiderwebs. The AC vents were very dirty and parts by the couch looked like they have never been touched. Also your flag out front is all ripped up.

Fantastic Property!

My friends and I spent the weekend at this beautiful property to celebrate my 50th birthday. Words cannot describe how gorgeous the house is! The deck is enormous and we watched the sunset each night as it set on the lake, it was breathtaking! The hot tub and sauna room was also amazing and we had so much fun enjoying it after the sun set! The kitchen was gorgeous, all of the rooms were cozy and the blankets were extremely comfortable! It was a short ride to all of the wineries, very convenient! Absolutely no complaints at all. You should stay here!!! :):):)

House was gorgeous neighbors are terrible

Not happy that we had spoken to property management ahead of time before booking this house about having a few extra guests on Saturday and it was approved (or we wouldn’t have booked this place). Saturday nosey neighbors turned us in to property management and were disturbed during our stay by phone calls and security showing up. Otherwise the house was perfect and the view was even better!

Overall stay at the property was amazing. Hands down the best part about this property is the view that it offers of the lake, definitely worth the stay. The house itself is huge with enough space to accommodate my group of 12. They even had an extra pull out bed that were not accounted for in the listing. It also has a fully stocked kitchen with most of the kitchen supplies you'll need. The only negative comment regarding the property is that you have to be very mindful of the neighbors. We received a visit from the Sheriff's office our first night in regarding a noise complaint. The Deputy's stated that they could not hear any noise when pulling up to the house, however it was past 10pm which is the noise curfew and the walls are paper thin so our voices probably carried. We just had to be a bit more courteous throughout our stay.

Spacious home on the water

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space for our group of 8. The kitchen was fully equipped and they provided most items like soap, towels, sheets, toilet paper. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and spacious. The only issue was that there were multiple bugs in the basement and some throughout other rooms in the house.
