A beautiful property and lovely stay

Nadia is a very informative and attentive host. The house is besutiful, clean and well stocked. It is also situated well in order to visit many other towns in the Finger Lakes. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Wine Tasting Getaway

This house has everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. Plenty of space for 4 couples. Great location for wine tasting, golf, and hiking. Owner had good communication and was super helpful. We will definitely be back.

perfect girls getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The house is immaculate. It is set up so nicely with soap/shampoo/conditioner in all of the showers. There is a coffee bar with coffee pods/tea bags available. The beds were clean and comfortable. We would love to come back. Nadia and Mark were very responsive and helpful.

Lovely Home

What a perfect home with amazing taste in decor! I visited with a group of four women for a girls’ getaway. We had to book last minute due to our original destination outside of NY being impacted by a hurricane. We booked this home less than 48 hours ahead of our arrival and it was perfect. Everything you need. Nadia was also a wonderful host. She answered all messages in a very timely manner, was helpful, and made our stay even better with all of her suggestions of things to do and places to visit. This is one of the nicest and best experiences I have had with a VRBO. I highly recommend!

Birch Retreat is an outstanding rental, the property is beautiful and can accommodate 6- 8 people very easily. The host Nadia and Mark are available to answer any questions and offer some great suggestion for place to go. Would highly recommend to stay at their house, you will be so satisfied

Wine tasting retreat

It was so relaxing to stay at a beautiful property that was so close many wineries. The property was so spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace with a glass of wine.

Really great place to stay with family or friends

We LOVED this property. So clean, beautifully decorated, and over all a great space. The owners are super communicative and friendly. The backyard space was amazing with the fire pit too. Centrally located, so easy to get to wineries and all the towns. The house has everything even workout gear! Highly recommend!

Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had plenty of space and privacy for our 3 couples I really loved that we had 3 king bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable the kitchen and bar were well equipped and the house is decorated beautifully I would definitely stay there again the location was also very convenient

This property was everything and more for my family and I.

My family and I was in NY for my brother’s wedding. We stayed here and it was only 15 min to Auburn , where the wedding took place. This was one of the most beautiful properties , I have every stayed in. Also , Nadia, the host was by far the best ( hands down)The lines of communication that she demonstrated was phenomenal. I will be returning in the near future and will be staying at this location or any property that Nadia is the host . This wine country is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! It’s quiet and peaceful . You will definitely not regret your stay here!!!!

First Time Finger Lakes Visit

Great location at the top of the finger lakes. Clean, neat, and comfortable accommodation for two families. Many rooms for various activities, well stocked with games, pillows, blankets, bar-ware and beautiful, contemporary style. Drivable daytrips to Buffalo, Corning, Syracuse, and Ithaca. Seneca lake view from the back of the house and a short walk - we were there early April, so a bit chilly for lake activities. Friendly host, quick to respond to questions. Great experience for a group of 7 adults and children.

Amazing!

This house was perfect for my group of friends. The host has provided everything one would need to enjoy their time in the home. It has 4 different living room areas so we can spread out. It has 4 bedrooms all with comfortable beds and 3 amazing bathrooms. A game room on the lower level. Parking for approximately 5 cars in front of the home, The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans,spices, coffee,etc. This house was above and beyond my expectations. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic home. It is super, super clean and comfortable. We all had an amazing weekend.

Perfect Friends Getaway

The property was exactly as described and pictured. We highly recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing getaway. The house was cleverly decorated with a great attention to detail. It had every we needed. We prepared every meal for the weekend in the beautifully appointed kitchen. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our group of eight. We never felt crowded. The host put together a great book of house tips and recommendations for area wineries and markets. We thank you Nadia for a great weekend with friends and hope to be back soon.
