Property was accurately described and in a great location. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and bars from the house. We loved that each room had its own attached bathroom and no one had to share. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen provided everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and evening.We would highly recommend this property and would book it again. The only thing that we weren't thrilled about is not being able to park our cars at the property before check-in without a steep fee. The management company wanted 20% of the nightly rental which is expensive to park vehicles prior to check-in. Most property owners will allow renters to park at the property without paying extra. This was a steep cost considering how much you pay to rent the property.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and comfortable. The individual bedrooms and bathrooms were a bonus feature for the property. The location within walking distance and local shops was great. Suggest luggage racks, larger nightstands and additional hooks to hang towels. I would recommend to friends and family.

I love the house, it was beautiful and spacious for everyone and had a beautiful backyard, with the patio table and chairs. The house was very close to everything. I would definitely love to stay again.

Amazing 5 night stay.

Everything was perfect. We had plenty of space in this house. Every bedroom had its own bathroom in it. Plus there was a half bathroom in the hallway. It was a short walk to the beach along with all the different restaurants. I will be booking this home again

Perfect - Love the layout of the house and location!

Carolina Beach was fun. This house was perfect for our multi-gen family vacation. Easy walking to boardwalk and beach. 4 bedrooms and each had its own bath made everyone happy. Outdoor shower was perfect for knocking off the sand. The outdoor dining area was perfect for meals or relaxing outside. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Nice place

The house is a newer build and was clean. We loved that every room had it's own bathroom. The neighbor and neighborhood were nice. It is close to the beach. The only issue was learning to use the keypad for the entryway. Once we got it, it was easy. Pay attention to the items to bring page, as you only get a small amount of washcloths/towels, paper towels, trash bags, tissues, etc.

Excellent rental

The house is brand new with a new house smell and a bit of a hollow feel. The open floor plan was spacious and bright. Check in would have gone smoother had the office been knowledgeable about the high tech locks.
