A large spacious dining room for a group breakfast where you can mingle/network with the other guests in the morning before a busy day of antiquing and a coffee/snack bar that's always open!

We had the best time the last couple of days at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Where to start….the room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was cooking each morning we woke and we were very spoilt. Private bathroom and great shower. It’s a short drive to round top and a walk to a great steakhouse restaurant with bar. Food, conversation and accommodation definitely made for a great time away.

Great location. Comfortable beds. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom. There were only two of us. If you have more friends, they can rent the upstairs room.

Sisters Round Top Trip

Lauren is a wonderful host! The house is just minutes from the action of the antique show, but enough off the beaten path to be out of the fray. It is a 1940’s home, so has some creaky floors and sticky doors, but it has tons of character! The breakfast was made fresh daily and delicious.
