Beautiful home in perfect location!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. It’s furnished beautifully, accommodating of a large family and has peekaboo views of the Carmel Mission and ocean. It’s perfectly situated to get in and out of easily to Carmel highway and Carmel by the Sea. Highly recommended. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at in the area.

The property is ideal for pets. In addition to the exercise they received running up and down the stairs, the neighborhood is a very friendly place for dog walking. The kitchen is a bit small, but quite serviceable. All the appliances worked as expected. The kitchen gadgets are basic, so if you have any specialized cooking needs, be sure to bring the appropriate accessories with you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely home is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the Carmel area. The four of us women had a wonderful time visiting Big Sur, Pt. Lobos, the Carmel beaches and downtown. It was easy access to all by car. The house was well appointed for all our needs. The small addition was especially private for one or a couple to stay. It has a spacious living area with a nice outdoor deck. We’d all come again.

Place is very nice, for couples

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very nice, but one TV should be hooked up to regular cable, so you can watch sports. Not everyone had streaming and not being able to to get basic TV was a problem for sports fans. The driveway in front of the Garage needs be repaired very serious root uplifting the asphalt in very dangerous spot right behind the trunk of the car, so very easy to stumble in the dark. Definitely could use motion flood lights for the front door and garage area, extremely dark at night and you cannot see the bump in driveway.

The property was fantastic. Plent of space and in an incredible neighborhood. The communication prior to the stay was very thorough. There was some back and forth with getting a rental agreement signed, but that was straigtened out after a few emails and calls.
