The property was perfect for six senior adults as it was really well equipped, had five bedrooms with king size beds, 3 and 1/2 baths and was conveniently located for beach access and Carlsbad. In addition it was, modern, clean and it had a two car garage and underground parking for a third car.

Classy Condo close to Beach and Downtown

Seven 70 year old high school girlfriends enjoyed a five day get-away in Carlsbad. The condo was amazing. When our get away trips began in our 20's, sharing one bathroom and sleeping on the floor and couches was not a problem, but now, the four bedrooms allowed everyone to have a bed and the 3 and 1/2 bathrooms were a must. Everything we needed was supplied and more--it is a beautifully appointed property two blocks from the beach and a block from the center of the town. Parking is great and secure but you can walk to the downtown shops and there were a number of great restaurants so we rarely used our cars. Kimmy, the host, was very available by text and phone, although we really didn't need much help.We would definitely rent this VRBO again and recommend it to others.

Annual Carlsbad trip

This property was awesome and fully stocked with all the things a family needs. Due to much rain on our trip we were snuggled in nicely by the fire and made dinner, baked bread, and watched movies. 10/10 would and will stay again!

WALKABLE AND FUN!

Our trip was outstanding. If I had one tiny thing to critique it would be a more detailed understanding of the entry process. You are provided a Garage door entry code and a private garage door entry code. When you pull into the property, you will see 2 garage doors. The one on the right belongs to the front unit. The one on the left has an entry pad requiring a 4 digit code (which is provided) then when you pull in there is a bank of garage doors (I think 8 of them) only 2 are numbered. You need to find your unit number which is not obvious. They should all be numbered. Other than that, everything was AMAZING. Highly recommend.

This condo was in a wonderful location, situated right in Carlsbad Village and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The property is spacious and clean, and Kimmy was a great host. I highly recommend.

Perfect location!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and felt very new and clean. Plenty of room for our extended family. Location was perfect, short walk to beach, restaurants, stores, farmers market. We will be making this an annual trip!
