Lovely House and perfect location

It is a lovely home with a very clean house and a comfortable bed. The pool and canal area are wonderful! We used the dock for our boat, and the location is near the Yacht Club beach and entertainment area. We will be back for a long stayThank you to the property manager who made our stay enjoyable.

was very clean inside the house. The house had everything to start all the important things.

The outside area around the pool was the only thing not very clean, dark stuff around the pool area on the ground. The pool had algea around the squares in the pool. Other than that everything was perfect. House was great!! Easy in and out process.

Furniture & Outdoor light

1. Furniture extremely cheap and headboard falling off. 2. Light outside of MBR on all night 3. No curtain over Patio /Living room window. Plus side, home clean, loved upscale BR and Kitchen plus appliances and the heated pool.

Cape Coral pool house

The pool was great! Rode bikes around the neighborhood and loved seeing all the burrowing owls every morning between 8:00-9:00!

Family Getaway

Pros: Home was very clean and the location was quiet. Kitchen was great and well appointed. Pool was nice and heated. Lots to do around the area but busy as usual. Check in/out was easy. Cons: The master bed was ok for comfort. Every other piece of furniture was uncomfortable from the guest beds, living area couches and pool chairs.

Getaway and Relax

This is a beautiful home and convenient to Publix, Walmart and restaurants/bars. The kitchen was spacious and supplied with about everything you would need. Master bedroom was perfect. The master bathroom appears to have been remodeled recently and we loved the rain shower head - there is also a hand held sprayer available. We did liked how the master is on the opposite side of the home from the other two bedrooms and full bath. We did not use that side of the home since it was just the two of us, but it would be great for multiple guests. The lanai and pool area is very spacious. We spent a lot of time out in this area relaxing. We enjoyed the view of the canal. Both Sabrina and Debra from concierge were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you!

Summer vacation

The house was in very good condition especially the kitchen and bathrooms. However it doesn’t have a lot light during the day. The exterior rug needs to be replaced on the patio . The pool was clean and serviced during our stay. The house is convenient to Publix and Walmart and restaurants.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

This beautiful house was above and beyond all expectations! The kitchen was spacious , supplied with everything you could possibly ask for . The pool was so nice and clean , the grill made it awesome to cook out in the evening ! The entire house was so clean and cozy, my family and I had everything we needed and more ! Great location , close by Publix , Walmart etc . Beaches all around us ! Sabrina was a very nice, informative and courteous with check in process and any questions I may had . She responded very quickly and I would recommend her property to anyone and if we visit the area again , I will be staying at her property ! Def 5 stars rating :-)

Very nice house !

We enjoyed this rental very much ! Its in a good location and close to everything and by a beautiful canal ! The whole house is very clean and santized, we felt very secure. In the kitchen there is everything you need, and the appliances are clean and new, this is a great and open kitchen ! All beds are comfy and linens and towels are new and nice. The lanai and pool is great and the views in the backyard with the canal is very beautiful. Very nice manager, helpful.

Great house in perfect location

This house is very nice ! Its very clean and has comfortable furniture in both bedrooms, living room and kitchen area ! The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and we loved the big kitchen island, so nice to sit there and talk to the ones who cooks ! Love the coffee machine !! Master bathroom is very big and luxurious. It has one of the biggest lanais I have ever seen, so much space and the pool was lovely and beautiful views over the canal ! Great location close to Del Prado Blvd with walking distance to restaurants, Walmart, Publix etc. I will book it again when we visit Cape Coral, great vacation ! Easy to get in contact with the manager and she is very helpful ! Thank you !
