My family & I enjoyed a beautiful stay at this location. It had everything we wanted from the pool, hot tub and the water view! Would definitely stay here again.

Charming Stay at 'Summer Breeze': A Perfect Getaway

We recently stayed at the 'Summer Breeze' vacation home and it was everything we hoped for! The house was just as described - clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Property was a clean and very comfortable space, close to many conveniences but still very quiet and relaxing to be in. Looking forward to being at this house again in the future!

Summer Breeze

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this very well appointed canal front home. We really enjoyed the private resort like feel in the pool and spa area. The Vestava Property Management staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Wonderful house. Great location.

We absolutely loved this house. It was our 4th VRBO in Cape Coral and this one was, by far, the best. Great layout. Nice pool and hot tub. Lovely view of a canal. Wish we could rent it next year, but it’s already rented. Darn!

We loved staying at Summer Breeze. Home is beautiful and clean. Coffee by the canal every morning watching the birds and fish jump. Peaceful and close to Sanibel and FtMeyers. We saw the tiniest frog I have ever seen. I thought it was a bud in the pool.

Spring getaway

Other than the check in experience this was a fantastic property, and we would definitely rent again. When we arrived the code that was given to us would not work. After 20 minutes on the phone, they gave us an emergency code and told us they would be out the next day to see what was wrong. We were there 5 days and they never showed up.
