The house was excellent and in very good condition. The pool was great, and our family really loved the pool table, as well. We really enjoyed the location -- very close to lots of activities. We reached out to the host with one question regarding the hot tub, and she replied promptly and was very helpful.

Overall a good stay! It is spacious and private. Quiet neighborhood. Just a heads up that not everything that they have available is in usable condition. One of the perks of this house was the beach chairs and stroller in the pictures. However, they dont maintain these, so we got to the beach only to find both chairs were broken, one was unuseble and the same for the stroller. Hair dryer was broken and the dryer ended up breaking on us. These are alot of little things that we were banking on as we travelled by plane. If you are able to pack everything you need, then we would recommend this stay!

There is an abundance of shopping and restaurant options located within a very short distance. This property is located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. The home is well appointed with everything that you would need for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the patio. The pool and hot tub was wonderful! This is by far one of the best properties that we have stayed in and I would highly recommend staying at this home.

Home away from home

Came to Florida to visit family. This home was perfect. From the layout of the house, to the billiards table, the tiki bar on the canal and last but not least that wonderful pool. All of our needs were met. It really felt like a home away from home.

Lovely house

The house is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, and the pool and outdoor seating areas are lovely and a nice place to relax with coffee or a beverage. It is close to restaurants, a grocery store, and also right by the bridge so you can easily go to Fort Myers or Sanibel for a day trip.

Outstanding!

This rental house is perfect. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was not a single issue. It’s spacious and comfortable. Everything is very well thought out. Stocked with everything you would need and then some. Had many things not stocked in typical rentals; spices, plastic wrap, foil, beach towels, bikes, pool table, and many more. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Extra ambiance is added by the view of the canal from the roomy lanai and awesome pool area. Eating dinner and having a nice glass of wine at the tiki hut table on the lanai deck was icing on the cake. Don is helpful, kind, and quickly responsive to all questions.

Amazing Choice

This house was absolutely beautiful! We had access to so many things. My family used the bikes on property and had bike rides around the area. The canal was amazing for fishing, my children caught a shark, sting ray, blue crabs and cat fish! That was an amazing first memory for all of us! There was plenty of space throughout the house for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect mix for everyone and the pool table was great for bonding. My mother was able to visit us without any issue. The sunrise and sunset were so beautiful. I can’t say enough about this house! I will definitely be coming back and sharing this home with my friends and family.
