We had a wonderful stay! There was a lot of space and had all the amenities we were looking for. The heated pool was also a great feature to keep our kids entertained. Would day again.

The home is comfortable and the pool is nice. The area is fine and close to conveniences.That said, near the end of the first week of what was supposed to be a month-long stay, rodents chewed holes in the screen around the pool and lanai area. While the owner sent someone to replace a portion of the screen and a Terminex representative to inspect the property, the inspection did not satisfy our concerns. Most problematically, the representative showed me a hole where rodents had chewed through the soffit on the lanai to gain access to the attic and/or garage.When I informed the homeowner that we no longer could stay in the house and expected a refund of the share of the funds that would cover the remaining three weeks of our expected stay, he responded via email that he would initiate the refund. However, after we vacated the property, he sent another text advising us that he would only refund 50% of our funds. He wrote that we had stayed an additional day and that it was too late for him to rent the house the following week. Within the week, we received a refund to our credit card of approximately 50% of the funds and a second refund of about 20%. We never received an explanation for the amounts, although we suspect that the first came from the homeowner and the second from VRBO, which had become involved in the matter.This is just a cautionary review about renting this property. If the rodent problem has been cured, it is a comfortable rental. Not for us, however.

Property is poorly maintained, mold in vents, on furniture and refrigerator also. Bedding was not cleaned and smelled of perfume! Towels in main bathroom were used and hung back up. Was first time using VRBO and am very disappointed!

The host had great early communication. The home was in good order and had plenty of amenities. TVs were included in most rooms, including out in the patio. The location was quiet, and we had no.issues accessing the home. We would definitely choose to stay in this home if we stay in the area again. Thank you!

Great pool area for families to relax

Loved it. Good location close enough to all things Ft Myers. Nice quiet neighborhood. Love the outdoor area perfect for our family to enjoy the sun by the pool while dining in snacks and watching tv/movies in the evening.

Wonderful Vacation

Cape Coral stay

House was clean- but very dated. Living Room very dark and could use better lighting. Bathrooms and bedrooms clean and bathrooms in good shape. Kitchen well equipped. Beaches not very close and good restaurants far away. Pool was heated but cleaners need to scrub it better when they do their weekly check. Beach towels and chairs provided.

A long weekend for a conference

Very peaceful and relaxing

The house was perfect for my husband and me!! Quiet, private backyard. We enjoyed just being in the pool or sitting outside watching TV. So many restaurants and stores within close driving distance.
