Welcome to our Seaside Villa The Cape Place. A vacation home for the whole family in a quiet location. Directly opposite is a park with picnic tables and a softball field. There are restaurants, stores and shopping facilities nearby. If you can't get enough of the water, you can be at the Caloosahatchie River in 10 minutes, in the River District of Fort Myers in 15 minutes or in Cape Coral and Burnt Store Marina in 20 minutes.
The villa is equipped with everything you need for a vacation in Cape Coral. The south-facing pool area with gas grill, electric heated pool (14x26 feet, 5 feet deep), a bar with its own refrigerator for a cold beer and a 40” Smart TV (Roku) in the outdoor area as well as a dart board not only offers entertainment for the whole day, but also sun. From the boat deck, you can fish with the in-house fishing rods or explore the 27 miles of freshwater canals and lakes with the two kayaks.
In the living area there is a Smart TV and a stereo system, which can also be used outside. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, blender, toaster, spices, coffee maker, hot air fryer and everything you need to cook.
The master bedroom with king-size bed and master bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, toilet and two sinks is also equipped with a Smart TV (Roku) and has direct access to the pool area.
The first guest room with queen-size bed is also equipped with a Smart TV (Roku).
The second guest room is equipped with two single beds and a Smart TV (Roku).
Both guest rooms share the second bathroom, which has its own entrance and direct access to the pool area.

Very nice three bedroom, two bath in NE Cape Coral. Location is wonderful, with so many stores and restaurants within a short drive. Pool and lanai are very nice and relaxing. Nice stereo system inside and outside on lanai. Be sure to visit Finns Restaurant on Del P
