Communication before hand was great. Master bedroom was excellent. Beds were very comfy, plenty of amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended. Great central location to a lot.

Homey condo on the waterway had all the amenities. The bed was so comfortable. The place was clean. I personally would not refer to it as luxurious but maybe that’s just me. I think more time could have been taken to finishing touches around the windows in the kitchen and painting above kitchen cabinet but I seem to notice everything. The shower rod on the bathroom was rusty and should be changed. Bathtub also needs new caulk. Otherwise, pool was clean but cold and location was close to all we needed. Ice maker was not working while we were there so we just bought a bag of ice. We were able to check in a few hours earlier which really helped us out. Thank you.

Loved our stay! The beds were clean and soft. The laundry machines were so convenient and that balcony was super relaxing and easy to enjoy. The bathrooms were fully equipped and very nice! I loved the Kcup coffee machine and the kitchen island, plus their lighting! Super close to grocery, beaches, and Water Park!

Birthday getaway

The inside of the rental hands down one of the best. Didn’t use the kitchen but if needed to had everything you would need. The view was beautiful just a bummer that it is so close to the Main Street didn’t really use the balcony because of it. Did use the pool once just to use it, every nice next to the water. The bathrooms were very well maintained and loved the suites shower. My favorite part of the rental by far the mattress in the main room!! The best mattress you could ever lay on! One of the reasons to pick a short term rental over hotels, usually not that great with mattress it could be a hit or a miss. And this one definitely a hit! I could just go on about it. I got this rental for a birthday getaway for July 4th weekend with my partner and this place definitely made the getaway worth it. If I could just move the place closer to the water side away from the street I would but other than that all good. And it walking distance to Publix walked a couple times.

Very Nice

The condo is very clean and has fun beach vibes! Water lovers will love the canal right out front! My husband spent time fishing while we caught extra Z’s! The balcony was also very relaxing and the laundry machines were a huge plus for us! Some great restaurants nearby. Several beaches within 20 minutes! The hosts were responsive. Everything was great!

Cape Coral Quick Get Away

We made a quick trip to look at some property in Florida and our stay @ Ryan and Lauren’s met what we needed! It was very clean. Comfortable bed, appreciated the sound machine as well. Easy check in. We enjoyed dinner at High Tide Social Club as well, which is close by. :)

Fun In The Sun

Our family really enjoyed our visit to Cape Coral and stay at this property!! Lauren was a wonderful host and very responsive. The location was great for us and the condo was as well. There were games for the kids which we played each night and everyone slept great. We will definitely be back!

The property was nice. We did see dolphins in the bay. The location was great it was about a 5-10 minute drive to the restaurants. Publix was a 2 minute walk. The traffic is loud when sitting on the back deck that was my only complaint. The condo is nice but the cleaners don’t do a good job. The king size pillows are old and stunk like urine. I wouldn’t stay there again only because I would rather rent a house.

Informed host 3 weeks prior to check-in that I would not have internet access. He ignored my message. Thus I was not given instructions for check-in & check-out. Very frustrating. Would not stay there again.

Perfect Location with The Perfect Accomodations!

I'm so glad I chose this condo! Lauren was great with communication. The place was neat, clean, and had everything I needed. Not only would I recommend this place to my family and friends, but I'll also be coming back looking for the same unit. Could’ve been better, could’ve been worse.

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. There weren’t any towels left out for us, and the common things I’ve received at any other VRBO. I’ve stayed at I did not receive here. Coffee pods, sugar, laundry pods, etc… the pool was green, and the filter sounded like it was about to blow, the thermostat wouldn’t maintain the temperature set on it. It was finally replaced while we were gone and it got set on 85. Lauren & Ryan were very good about communicating with me about the issues we were having. They did do what they could to resolve them.

Our stay was short, so we couldn’t take advantage of all the good things. - It was very enjoyable to watch the boats go up and down the canal while using the pool. If or when we ever get back to this area, we will definitely try to book this property.

Short weekend away

Great property. We arrived a bit early and host was very accomodating. Communication was on point. Gave us places to go eat and see. King size bed was very comfy. Great water pressure in the shower. K-Cup machine! Tv's in every room including balcony/laundry(lanai). Located on a canal. Very fun watching the boats. Pool area was nice. We didn't stay long enough to utilize kitchen(but all new appliances),grill area or washing machine but on point for that as well. I give this property a 9.5. Only downfall is property is located off of a busy street so you will hear traffic at night. Hosts get a 20+. I will definitely book again.

Great little condo

We stayed here for two days and it was a great little place, nice neighborhood, we felt safe and everything was pristine. Would definitely stay here again. Wifi was out for those two days, but you could tell the whole condo was technology friendly. Thank you for the stay!
