Celebrated our anniversary at this beautiful home. Great location to our fishing spots and loved the Monkey Bar near by. Home was clean and communication was easy with owners! Cape Coral was cute town.

Villa Casa Bianca was such a wonderful place for us! The villa is so big and nice! The kitchen is equipped with lots of great gadgets. Our view was amazing! We loved sitting and enjoying our morning coffee in the screened in lanai and watching the boats in the canal go by. We could walk to many restaurants and stores which is right up our alley when on vacation. Klaus is very nice and stopped in to answer any questions we had. We would definitely love to book this home again!

Relaxing and beautiful view

Beautiful place, large open floor plan with tons of sliding doors and windows. We fished, played lots of golf, went to the beach, ate at some great restaurants, and had a lot of fun in the pool.

The house is beautiful. Klaus answered all questions we had. Cape Coral is beautiful. We went during the 4th and the fireworks were the best we've seen!

Great house!

This house had everything you would want! Fantastic location on wide canal, great house for entertaining, close to many restaurants and Klaus was wonderful to deal with.! I would definitely recommend this house!

Great vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The owner is local and was very available. We stayed while tropical storm Elsa made her way through the area. We lost power around 5:00 AM one morning and I notified Klaus of the issue and he responded right away. We would definitely stay again!

First time stay in Cape Coral - wonderful

This property is awesome - location is very convenient to Cape Coral and Ft Myers. (The Host) Klaus came over and met us to answer any questions we had. The house was extremely clean as was the pool area. We would highly recommend.

Nice Location and Comfortable Home

We spent six nights at Villa Casa Bianca. The house is very clean and comfortable, located in a quieter neighborhood. The listing was very accurate. The location was nice, near a canal and shopping/restaurants. The few times I communicated with the host, he was fairly quick to reply. I would definitely recommend and would consider renting again if in the area.

Perfect Getaway

This spot was a little gem. The house was fully equipped with anything you would need, very clean and nicely decorated. We spent a lot of time fishing and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and peaceful evenings. Perfect location to restaurants! Klaus was attentive and kind and the check-in and check out experience was easy and went very smooth. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Klaus was a great host - very nice and helpful. The house is very clean, great furniture. The master bathroom is wonderful- two large vanities with sinks. Our only negative was the pool area as its small and could be cleaner. Everything else was 5 star.

Exceeded expectations!

We had an awesome stay at the property. The location was perfect, walking distance to town and very close to the river for getting out boat that we brought out onto the big water. Klaus was very accommodating and we found the property exactly as described. The boat lift was perfect for our 20 ft. Boston Whaler. The swimming pool was very nice and we enjoyed biking every morning about 10 miles around the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral. Can't wait to return!

Very clean home everything you will need

The home was everything that was advertised. Owner Klaus was very accommodating. He came when we arrived and went over how everything worked. We had a question and he promptly answered and took care of the problem. I would stay here again in the future.

Dream vacation

We loved the house and the place. It was very clean. We took full advantage of the terrace and the heated swimming pool. The land was very well fenced for our dog. It is a very quiet location and most amenities are around 5-10 minutes from the house. The owners always responded to our questions or information during our stay. Many thanks to Angela and Klaus for renting your house to us and allowing us to have such a great vacation.

Dream vacation

Paradise with a pool

Look no further. Eat, sleep, and swim. What could be better. This place is the nicest place that we have ever stayed at. We stayed July 1thru 5th. Everything was perfect. Even the welcome and good by was pleasant.Dont pass up this opportunity to feel Paradise. We lived outside by the pool. We offered to buy but owner wants to keep. Sorry about my luck. Guess will have to book for Christmas. Don't miss out rates our great they have thought of everything. Truly a gem. Book this pool home today you will glad you did. Thanks again Ed and Lorri.
