House of remotes 6 ceiling fans all w/their own remote - none marked3 TV’s w/ remotes - none marked1 Remote for fireplace (obvious use)Pool w/ remote (obvious use)2 remotes for garage door opener were provided, however when I called to report that the garage door opener was not working, was informed that we should not be using the garage door. If we are not supposed to use garage door opener, why were remotes provided???Unsafe BBQ grill with flame coming out of front of grill under controls & it is ridiculous that renter is responsible for propane (flame issue reported twice & never resolved/corrected)Pool was so cloudy & smelled heavily of chlorine on arrival & for 2 more days that it was not usable. Took 1 text message & followup phone call to get that resolved. Be sure to stop at store prior to arrival - buy toilet paper & paper towels as only 1 roll provided. Also buy dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent as only 2 provided for an entire week stay. Only 1 small frying pan in kitchen, insufficient for a home that accommodates 6-8 people (that issue was resolved after a phone call to mgmt company & delivery from Amazon)On the plus side - air conditioning worked well, loved Osou brand hairdryer. Washer & dryer are commercial quality & worked well. Newer, comfortable furniture in living roomWill I come back - NO Had to make multiple phone calls to get issues addressed/corrected. This was NOT an inexpensive rental & I really expected better.
Very cloudy water in pool - can’t see bottom of pool.

Backyard Paradise

The back yard was amazing! We loved the screened in patio and the fenced in backyard - was PERFECT for our dog :) I was not impressed with the communication with the company. When I called on a Friday *day we arrived - because the sink wouldn't drain water* the lady was beyond annoyed with me told someone would come in the morning. Well, no one show up until later in the afternoon around dinner time on Monday and on Tuesday they asked if it was ever fix. So, I would say they need to work on that. Also, If you plan on staying here you need to bring everything of your own there is no extras - this is the first time I have stayed somewhere that they didn't have any garbage bags, cleaning supplies, ect.. for guest to use. I thought for staying there for 10 days and the amount of money we spent there could have been some supplies. Besides there two things the house was amazing! We loved that the house was VERY clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Great house had everything we needed. Nicely decorated. Nice walkable neighborhood. The screened patio even had a dog door to the back yard. The only negative was the king mattress was at the end of its life. The other beds were comfortable. Definitely will do again.

Pool Floating

The site is very accurate and it was all that we needed. Convenient to my sister who lives in the same neighborhood. Our friends found it exactly as they needed too.

My husband and I had a very relaxing week staying at this home. We loved the lanai area, pool, and hot tub. The home was very clean. We walked in the neighborhood in the mornings. Monica, our contact person through Roelens, was very quick to respond. She gave us a great listing of shopping, beaches, and restaurants in the area. I believe we were the first ones to stay there. There were a few things that we requested, and she ordered them immediately. We really liked the privacy.
