Weekend stay for tournament

Overall this place was great! Stayed with Kids and Grandkids for softball tournament in the area. Great location. Kids (and adults) loved the arcade games, and the pool was fantastic, they were able to come relax between games in their schedule. Plenty of space for 9 of us to relax and not be crammed together or on top of each other. Plenty of good food options nearby and grocery stores, etc; Rooms and beds were very comfortable, nice roomy kitchen, living and dining area nice as well.

Definitely livable! Area is quiet, close to everything, tons of space! Pool wasnt heated but they came to fix that, arcade games were a fun bonus! Wasnt a fan that there was no light at the entrance of home so getting in at night was hard, master bed room light didnt work, ceiling fan did but that was unusuablly LOUD, there are plenty of other working lights in bedroom! All in all its a enjoyable spot but could be maintained a tad better!

The cleanliness of the pool area was not great. Pool beautiful but the crib webs and critters could be better. Porch lights not working, ceiling fans in pool lanai didn’t work, no soap in dispensers or provided. The biggest frustration was the trash situation. Looked like the cans were full and by road with full bags all around the cans. The flies and smell were awful! I know can’t control previous visitors and trash but we ended up taking our trash to local dumpster just so flies and smell were better at the driveway and front door. Slow response from management/owners

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay here and we enjoyed it. Didn’t have enough dishes for the number of people we had staying. Kitchen wasn’t well stocked, and there was some cleanliness issues. Nothing that ruined our vacation, Just some things to improve on.

Nice!!

Love the house layout and location. Check in was simple. We weren’t there long but enjoyed ourselves. Would have been nice to have propane in the grill. We were unable to find supply of garbage bags. Would love to return for a longer vacation!! Very nice

Location was great. Communication with Host very good. The floors were dirty. We had to swear shoes at all times. The Lanai was filthy. People before must have spilled something. The furniture and half of the lanai was sticky. There were used sparklers around the pool and in the pool. The outdoor furniture was broken. The kitchen needs more glasses cookware. The bathroom towels were scarce for 3 people and well used. They need an upgrade. The ceiling fans/lights did not work in two bedrooms. Paid extra to have pool heated. Only worked 1.5 days. We paid for 4 days. Our son did enjoy the park down the street.
