Perry Farm: sleeps 14, 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (Jack and Jill), 1 family bathroom, and 1 shower room, 3 reception rooms, open fire, enclosed extended gardens, ample parking, pool table and plenty of board games for adults and children.

Hallway, with grand 'decorative' inglenook fireplace, seating for 9/10 guests, TV, DVD player and games cupboard.
Billiard room, with full size pool table.
Guests cloakroom and WC.
Sitting room, log burner, TV, with Freeview DVD player, seating for 10 guests (more at a squeeze), access to the gardens.
Kitchen, galley style linking to the conservatory. Dishwasher, butler sink, electric range, double oven and hob, American fridge/freezer, Bang & Olufsen docking station.
Conservatory/Dining area, large table and seating for 14 guests, music system, disco lighting, French doors to the patio and gardens.

Wonderful tranquil stay. Gorgeous house and Gardens

We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable beds, extremely well appointed house and beautiful dining both inside and outside in the amazing garden. We will be back next year we hope!

Your very own English Estate

Perry Farm was everything it claims and more. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and the patio seating so inviting. Accommodates large numbers without being crowded with 2 living rooms and enormous dining area not to mention a billiards room! Would love to stay again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house

A beautiful house to stay in for a couple of nights whilst attending a wedding. Lots of space and very clean. Pool table is a fun addition.

A beautiful property with an amazing outside space

The house was absolutely amazing, with so many rooms that I ended up lost for the first 2 nights I spent there. We were staying as a large group of 14 for a friend's wedding, however the garden is such a large space that we could have hosted the wedding there if we had a licence! Although the area is slightly out the way, the local village of Wingham has some lovely food places and there are some great outdoors walks on the way there. Would defintely stay again.

We had a great time at Perry Farm. Great dining room for 12 and Lounge for 10 to sit comfortably. Rooms were decorated beautifully. We could have done with some help lighting the wood burner but actually the house was lovely and warm. Thank you.

Wingham stay

Good property for larger groups. Covid put paid to our large group so wasn’t what we planned. However that wasn’t the fault of the property as it was very comfortable, albeit expensive for the numbers we were allowed
