Very clean room with the usual amenities (refrigerator, microwave, guest safe for valuables). Pool and workout room. Nice desk staff, very helpful. Location is convenient to local restaurants, shops and Patuxent River Naval Air Station (we were there for the 2026 air show). Outside the base gate there is an excellent museum. This hotel is located within minutes of these and many local restaurants.

I love the motel is pet-friendly. Our room was a few steps from parking. The staff was the best. Allen, who ran the breakfast room, was extremely conscientious, kept the tables sparkling and the breakfast is beyond the ordinary "Continental." Front desk staff was also great. A very good, fun 3-day stay with our Lab puppy. The SOMD RenFest was fun!

Clean, quiet, great staff. Bring your own pillow though. Your options are either rock hard or so soft your head sinks to the mattress. I use this spot a lot for work, and will continue to. Just bring my own pillow when I do.
