Being on the ground floor, I was constantly disturbed by loud obnoxious people walking around at all hours because there was no quiet hours. Found a few bugs in the room as well which I believe is due to the gap between the door and the outside. Staff was very friendly.

Room was refurbished very nicely with a very comfortable King bed. The premises are in a bad need of some TLC. Main restaurant (Italian) was supposed to be open - according to the signage - however, was not. Brother's Leagues Club was though (700m away).
