Perfect Cape Cod Home!

Sharon and Gary's home makes for the perfect stay when visiting Martha's Vineyard/Hyannis areas. The pictures are great but it's even better upon arrival. It has been recently renovated and they didn't miss a thing. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all the necessities and more! You'll love your stay - we hightly recommend it!

Amazing vacation home

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a vacation home. The place was extremely welcoming and clean. The communication was excellent. The property manager Amy was extremely friendly and attended to any of our needs immediately. I will absolutely return to this location in the future. The surrounding area is extremely friendly as well, with toddler friendly beaches.

Couldn’t have asked for more!

This is my first experience getting a rental via vrbo, and the process couldn’t have been easier! Much of that was thanks to the owners, who provided thorough instructions and maintained good communication throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly and the house is maintained beautifully! Perfect for a family of three with a young child!

Clean, but too many rules

The property itself was nice and updated. However, the day after the 100% refund date the owners sent a ridiculously long email of rules for the property like: no guests, no sleeping on the sofas, no messing with the thermostat, no opening windows, ect. The owners were responsive and polite throughout the stay, but if we had known about all the rules when booking I honestly would have chosen a different property as the huge list of rules was an unexpected stress hanging over our head for the entire stay. This property would be fine for a *small* group of quiet and clean adults, but I would not recommend for anyone with children.

Adorable Cottage with everything you need

The house was great with little extras (like toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc) and everything you need! It was cute and comfy. The private beach was awesome and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! We had a little issue with check-in, but it was resolved very quickly.

Just How the Pictures Showed Us

There have been times when pictures did not show the various flaws found in a rental. THIS house was exactly as the pictures represented it. I liked staying in a home that was as well-maintained as I hope my home would be for others. It was a great visit!

ideal rental for couples or small families

My husband and I can't say enough good about this property-we would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion we could think of is the addition of a light to illuminate the beautiful American flag in the yard/as per US flag protocol.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

We had a fantastic time staying in this cute house. The neighborhood is great and a quick walk to the beach - about 4 houses down - better than expected. We highly recommend this and would visit again in the future.

Gorgeous little getaway minutes from the beach

The home is impeccably maintained and so tastefully designed - all in the colours of the Cape Cod beaches. The paintings, furniture, decor all worked together to create a calm space. We spent a week working from home, cooking meals as a family, walking around the shaded streets and along the beaches, shopping in the cute gift stores, enjoying ice cream from Guido’s. Could not recommend more highly!

Great home!

I stayed here while I was visiting my daughter and her roommate. The home is very welcoming. Very clean and has all the amenities that one would expect. Also Communication was an A++++++!!!! Just letting us know that someone was coming by to do something outside, and we did not need to be there....to making sure everything was just right! We spent many nights sitting on the couch, just talking and laughing! I look forward to staying here again!!

Weekend getaway

Small, cozy. Well appointed. VERY well stocked kitchen. Sweet little bungalow close to water. Easy drive to multiple New England destinations. Four girlfriends shared the space. One small miss was no mirror in the queen bedroom. Love that they provided linens, towels. Smart overhead, motion sensing night lights actually a little frustrating. Every time I turned over in bed, the room Illuminated. It's a small thing though.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Backofen, die aber durch unseren Vermieter sehr schnell gelöst wurden. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful home with perfect location

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. Located a short drive from shopping, restaurants, coffee and a number of beaches. Only downside was the outside shower was not working, so we had to be careful to not track sand in from the beach.

Perfect house for our family trip to Cape Cod!

The property is very nice! It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in the Cape with my Mom and Daughter. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and evening time at the beach just a block from the house to watch the sunset. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed back porch, very quiet and peaceful. It was a very short drive to Oncet Beach, less than a mile down the road, and easy access to all locations on the Cape. We would definitely stay at this property again!
