There rooms we’re disgusting mold and falling apart with water damage I told them I wanted my money back we didn’t stay there and they didn’t return my money horrible place don’t recommend this to anybody I don’t know why Expedia would rent or even have this on there website

Terrible. No face towels only one hand towel. When we checked. No room cleaned next day so no towelss at all when we returned to our room in the evening. Called front desk and was told to pick towels next day. We were checking next morning!!! Shabby and won’t ever stay again

Do not stay here!! I found a red toenail in my bed. The AC did not work in my room. I called for help. No one helped they treated my son horribly what an awful experience. I tried to get some kind of compensation and they refuse the hotel. Just don’t stay here. They don’t care about their customers.

This is one of the worst property, we ever stayed. the building is very old, and Bathroom is the worst with rusted plumbing, the water from shower and toilet is dark brown rust and amenities are broken. the area looks shady in the night. plz dont recommend this property to the tourist. as this will spoil the reputation of Orange County and/or LA

The staff were lovely, all around. The plants were beautiful Banana Trees, Roses an asortment of other neat plants. The pool was great. The hot tub i didnt try. Beds were clean. Its an older bulding, it eas close to everything we wanted to explore. Parking was easy.

Poor service stayed for 6 days and since day 1 the fridge didn’t work, I let them know and they never replace the fridge only say they would do it but they didn’t and only got room service only once in 6 days

They didn't make our room up while we were gone all day. Phone didn't work told them they said they would fix it , but they didn't. So I had to walk all the way down to the office to get clean towels. Breakfast was not enough for as many people were there to eat.
