One of the best hotel stays we've had! The staff are so polite, knowledgeable and attentive - we felt so welcomed and they were fantastic help, cannot express our gratitude enough. As for the room itself, it was fantastic; extremely comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. Great location too for many cafes or hopping on the M1 line at Opera.

Great locality

It would have been perfect but we got upgraded to a suite with the bedroom upstairs . Small . No way to get on or off the bed from the sides as it was squeezed in between walls . The stay could have been perfect . I’d recommend but do not accept the suite with upstairs bedroom

The location was good in that it was about a 15 minute walk to the river and had restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were excellent as was the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was varied and a good standard. The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning; it was apparently set to heating at this time of year and wouldn’t cool the room which was quite warm, despite outside temperatures of 8 degrees. The unit was very noisy and so we had to turn it off regardless. However that meant opening the window and letting in noise from outside. Other than that we had a lovely stay, and really appreciated the free drinks and biscuits by the lift (tea during the day and mulled wine in the evening).
