It's new. It's a suite with a separate living-kitchen area. It's in a safe area. A Starbucks is by it as well as a great gas station.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

We went out to College Station for High School Softball tournament. Although the weather wasn’t so great, but the stay was AMAZING!!!! Never have I ever walked into a Suite property and it was so clean. Clean from the parking lot to the front desk and to the walking to our room. OMG when we walked into our suite it was super super clean and smelled so fresh. Super roomy and it was beyond our expectations!!!

It was an overnight stay to visit A&M, reached around 10 pm and left at 9 am next morning. The room was clean but the bathroom sink, Kitchen sink and bath the water was clogging. Couldn’t take a proper shower. Not happy.
