The receptionist may need to consider has tour information, and be more customer service. The only option provided after we learned the strike for Belgium train was look into the computer. Other than that the stay was great

Great location, metro is right outside of the hotel. They offer free good coffee at lobby. Laundry room was easy to operate with 9 Euro total including wash and dry. Staff were friendly, highly recommended.

The location is great, but the property was a tad run down. Sinks did not work properly, got fixed, bathroom is very very small, shower/tube is very high and the bedroom is very tight. Bed was good. So mixed feelings but would stay there again because of the location.

One night stay during our drive to Paris

The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms didn't have any air conditioning, but the weather was good and we cracked the window open. We were able to visit the Grand place twice due to the proximity. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The only drawback is the street noise during night as there are multiple restaurants underneath the rooms and it does get a little loud with the windows open.

This hotel was in a fabulous location. It was very close to the city center, and across the street from a plaza that hosted restaurants and extended outdoor eating. Very cool. It is close to many transit lines. The place is very clean and has a functional kitchenette. Laundry facilities are on site. Filtered water, coffee and tea are available all day. If I were to return to Brussels, I would definitely stay there again.

Noise level was off the charts within the property, sounded like construction was go on and/or residents above room were out of control. Notified front desk on 3 occasions, didn’t seem to know what was causing the noise. Fire alarm went off 20:00 one night, had to contact front desk to find out what was going on, no notification from front desk what so ever. Cleaned room 1 time only because stay was 9 days.
