Charming old hotel located in the heart of the downtown, historic district across from a beautiful city park overlooking the water and marsh land. First night was great. Second night in a different room, #5, was rough. There is a bar with live music. They don’t warn you about the loud music until 10 PM. Ask before you book! The first night was on the other side of the building and was great. I tried to move rooms but the hotel was booked. I understand the guests on Friday night had to endure karaoke night.
