We had freezing cold shower water. I called the front desk and was told that I needed to let it run for 15 minutes. I informed them my spouse had already taken a shower and the water was still freezing. They offered me the equivalent of $15 in HH Honors points. So my kids and I had to take cold showers hoping the water would eventually warm up, and it never did. I was not satisfied with $15 worth of HHHonors points and it also STILL has not shown up on my account. In fact, it somehow shows I earned 0 points for my entire stay, which is garbage. We had already booked the hotel for the return and I couldn’t cancel it so I called the front desk on Tuesday to discuss the issue I had with the cold water further, and the lady I spoke with acted like the people who work on the weekends don’t know what they’re doing, and proceeded to tell me that one side of the hotel just always has issues with hot water. I’m sorry, but what?!? Like it’s just okay for a Hilton owned hotel to have no warm water? The nonchalantness of the staff about this issue is concerning at best. I was assured that I would be put in a first floor room on the side of the hotel that “doesn’t have issues with hot water” because I have little children, and was told the room was booked. I call on Friday to double check we are good to go and they had not, in fact booked the room for me at all but just wrote “notes in their book”. I’ll never stay here again and don’t recommend.
